Do I need a concert ticket to book the coach?
The coach fare and the concert ticket are two separate things. White Bus sells you the return coach seat: pickup in your town, dropped at the venue, home after the show. It does not sell the gig ticket, so you buy that from the event's official ticket seller as normal. You book the coach whether or not you have your gig ticket yet, though you obviously need the gig ticket to get into the show. The coach fare covers travel only: £25.50 return to Glasgow venues, £31.50 to Murrayfield.
Why they are separate
White Bus is the coach operator, not the promoter or the box office. Keeping the two apart means the coach fare stays the same low price for everyone on the run, and you are free to buy your gig ticket wherever you got it: Ticketmaster, the venue, a resale you trust. Bring your gig ticket on the day; the coach only needs your coach booking.
What the coach booking gets you
A held return seat, a named pickup stop, and a coach that waits after the show so nobody is stranded. Your booking confirmation goes to your phone and your exact pickup time follows 24 to 48 hours before. If a coach fills, phone the office on 01698 537555 and ask whether a second one is going on.
