A full day in Blackpool on Sat 25 Jul. The prom, the Tower, the Pleasure Beach and the piers, with the coach doing the long M74 and M6 drive both ways while you do none of it. Leave Lanarkshire in the morning, get a whole day at the seaside and sleep the whole way home. Fish and chips strongly advised.

White Bus Scotland runs a return coach for the Blackpool day trip on Sat 25 Jul. You are picked up from your local town in the morning, get the day at Blackpool Promenade, and the coach brings you home in the evening. Seats £39.50 return, booked and paid online.

Where do you pick up for the Blackpool day trip?

Every stop on this run is shown when you book, with the exact pickup point beside it: Newarthill (The club), Wishaw (Wishaw Malt), Motherwell (Railway Tavern), Hamilton (Bus stop at Asda), Bellshill (Franklins Bar), Coatbridge (Main bus station), Lesmahagow (Tesco), Larkhall (Bus stop by the Music Room), Muirhead (Muirhead Inn), Condorrat (The Weavers), Cumbernauld (Town centre bus stop), Airdrie (Tudor Hotel). You choose your stop on the ticket. Feeder stops carry a small charge per seat, shown beside the stop. Be at your pickup 10 minutes before the time we give you. The coach waits 10 minutes at each stop. If you are not there, the coach leaves without you.

Is there a booking fee?

Online bookings carry a small booking fee, itemised before you pay (about £0.99 on a £39.50 seat). Book in person at the shop in Motherwell and you pay the fare as listed, with no fee.

What time do we head home?

The coach home leaves in the evening, and it waits for everyone. Your exact pickup and return times are emailed to you 48 hours before.

Is it a return coach, or one way?

Return, both ways. We do not sell one-way seats: the coach takes you to Blackpool Promenade and brings you back to the same pickup point, £39.50 for the round trip from a main-route stop.

How much is the coach for the Blackpool day trip?

Return seats are £39.50 per person from any pickup town, plus a small booking fee itemised at checkout. You book online with a £10 deposit per person and your seat is held straight away. The balance is due 2 weeks before the trip and the office contacts you to take it.

What is included?

Your return coach seat, there and back with the same driver. Entry to attractions, shows or venues at the destination is separate unless the trip says otherwise.
